Express Shipping Standard Package

Express shipping takes 24-48 hours and it is a signature-only, fully trackable service provided by DHL (Europe & France) and ChronoPost (France).

Orders placed by 12 Midday CET are dispatched the very same day from Monday to Friday, orders placed after 12 Midday CET will be dispatched the following working day.

Heavy Items (4-10 kg)

€ 10.00 flat rate shipping – free for orders over € 300.00
Heavy orders can sometimes take 3-5 days extra for delivery, so please factor this into any orders for large items.

Orders under € 150.00 which fall in the heavy category are shipped with Colissimo. Orders over € 150.00 which are under 10 kgs volumetric weight will be shipping via DHL/Chronopost. If you are unsure whether your order will be under 10 kgs volumetric weight, please contact our customer service team customerservice@elementeurope.eu .

Heavy items include Skate cruisers, Skate completes, Snowboards, Snowboard Bags, Snowboard Boots, Surfboards, Surfboard Bags, Cabin Bags, Travel Bags etc.

Order Tracking
