QI ordered the wrong stuff! What do I do?

Once you place an order at Element, you cannot make changes through the store. Please call us as soon as possible, so we can correct your order before the goods ship. For assistance please email customerservice@elementeurope.eu or call us at +33 (0) 5 58 73 00 59.
QWhen will my order ship?
AMost orders ship within one day (not including weekends or holidays) from the receipt of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

QIf I order the wrong size can I return the item?

Yes, you may return your unused full-priced product for a full refund within 30 days of delivery date (16 days to inform us + 14 to send back the product – please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sale). You can expect a refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of Element receiving your return. Customers are responsible for shipping cost unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. We do offer direct exchanges, the price difference between will be debited from your credit card or refund, depending if the exchange item is superior or inferior of the original item. QWhat is a CSC code?
AA card security code is an added safeguard for your credit card purchases. Depending on the type of credit card you use, it is a 3- or 4-digit number printed on the back or front of your credit card. For most online credit card purchases from us, the security code is required information. On the MasterCard and Visa Card your identification number is the 3-digit number found on the back of your credit card near the signature panel.
Please note that at the moment only Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
